A newly built 6-person, air-conditioned year-round house in a quiet place in Jezierzany (near Jarosławiec). One on a fenced plot, 200m from the lake, about 1200m from the sea, by the R10 bicycle route. There is a private jacuzzi, sauna, hammock, deckchairs, barbecue. The house has two bedrooms on the first floor, a living room with a sofa bed, a dining room, a kitchen with a coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave, a bathroom with a spacious shower and a bidet, mosquito nets installed in all windows. Free wi-fi (fiber optic), TV (canal+, netflix), board games, books. At the lake, it is possible to rent kayaks, pedal boats, sign up for a windsurfing school, fishing (pike, zander, perch, bream, tench). About 300m to the local grocery store, 400m to the sports complex with a basketball court, tennis, with a playground and a shelter, 200m to a bar with beer and snacks overlooking the lake. A pedestrian and bicycle path to Jarosławiec.
